STR Social · For short-term rental hosts

Stay consistent.
Get your time back.

You finally started posting, and it didn’t take over your life. Make a month of posts in one sitting, put them on the calendar, and get back to your guests while your place keeps showing up.

Your photos. Your approval. Publishing on supported connected accounts.

If you’ve been meaning to start

You know you should post.
You’ve known for a year.

The place down the road posts every day. You have four hundred photos and no idea what to say about any of them. And every time you sit down to try, a guest needs the Wi-Fi password.

So you look at the accounts that do it well and think: I’m a host, not a marketer.

Find your starting point

Never stare at a blank post again.

You don’t need a content strategy. You need one true thing about your place and a photo of it. A guest’s review. A free weekend. The trail you always recommend. And when you can, show people actually enjoying it: coffee on the deck, kids on the dock. People don’t book a room. They book the morning they can picture.

You hit schedule on Sunday night. Tuesday at nine it’s live while you’re stripping beds. By lunch a past guest has commented, your sister has shared it, and a stranger is asking about October.

You didn’t become a marketer. You showed people your place, and they responded like people do.

Make this fit your life

A few things
before you start.

How long does it take to get started?

Paste your Airbnb or Vrbo listing link and we import your photos, reviews and details. Connect Instagram or Facebook, pick a starting point, and schedule it. Most hosts can have a first post scheduled in their first sitting, and a month planned in an evening.

What does it cost?

$29 a month per property for Starter, with 30 credits a month; $59 for Pro, with 80 credits and publishing to Instagram and Facebook today; TikTok and YouTube as soon as their app reviews clear. Credits are what generation costs — a picture from your photos is 1 credit a card, an enhanced or reimagined picture is 2 a card, an imagined one is 3 a card (a carousel charges per card), words only are 1, a 15-second Reel is 19, and a soundtrack is 1 credit a song — so you are never paying for posts you did not make. Paying yearly is $199 and $449, which saves 42% and 36%.

I’m on Vrbo, not Airbnb. Does it still work?

Yes. Paste a Vrbo listing link instead. We import from either platform, and you can add your own photos on top of what we find.

Do I need an Instagram business account?

For Instagram publishing, yes: Instagram only lets apps post to a professional (business or creator) account that is linked to a Facebook Page. Switching is free and takes a few minutes in the Instagram app. Facebook Pages connect directly.

Will the posts go out automatically?

Scheduled posts publish through supported connected accounts. You choose the content and timing, and you approve every post before it goes on the calendar. Platform access and supported formats vary; check the available connections during your trial.

Do I have to come up with every idea?

No. Start with templates, your property photos, your reviews, and what you know about the area. Use AI to create variations and refine the words. Video is optional; photo posts are enough to start.

Can I turn off the reimagined photos?

Yes. Reimagined scenes only happen when you ask for one. Otherwise every post uses your photos as shot, or lightly enhanced if you choose. Your listing is never changed.

How does the trial work?

You add a card and pay $5 for 22 credits — enough for your first post and your first Reel. That $5 comes straight off your first invoice: your first year on the default annual plan, or your first month if you pick monthly. You have 7 days to decide, and the app shows what each generation costs before you spend it.
