STR Leads · Two tools for short-term rental hosts

Get found.
Get booked.
Keep the guest.

Every booking doesn’t have to come through somebody else’s door. STR Social keeps your place showing up. STR Direct gives the people who find it somewhere to book with you. Each one starts with a single paste.

Your photos. Your approval. Your listings stay exactly where they are.

If every booking comes through an app

Every guest comes through
somebody else’s door.

Your place is great. Every review says so. But every guest found you on Airbnb, paid Airbnb, and lives in Airbnb’s inbox now. When the family from last October wants to come back, they pay the fee again to do it.

You’ve meant to post. You’ve meant to build a site. Between turnovers, neither happened, and the last quote for a website cost more than a month of bookings.

Meanwhile, the platform decides who sees your place, and what it costs them to come back.

One property. Two ways in.

Two small tools.
Start with either one.

Social keeps your place showing up. Direct gives the people who find it somewhere to book with you. Each starts with one paste, each has its own trial, and either one is a fine place to start.

Chapter one · STR Social

Your place shows up.
You keep hosting.

Paste your Airbnb or Vrbo listing link. We pull in your photos, reviews and details and turn them into posts you approve in one sitting, a week or a month at a time. Then they go out on schedule while you’re mid-turnover.

You didn’t become a marketer. You showed people your place, and they responded like people do.

7-day trial · $5 today, credited to your first invoice · Plans from $29 a month · You approve every post before it goes out.

Chapter two · STR Direct

They ask to book direct.
Now you have an answer.

Paste your Lodgify API key. Your listing becomes a website at your own address, with the dates and prices your calendar already knows. Guests pay you through Stripe. No commission, and a direct booking blocks the dates everywhere.

You didn’t build a booking engine. You gave the people who already love your place a door with your name on it.

Free to import and preview · Card when you publish, then a 3-day trial · $49.99 a month per published site · Requires a supported channel manager. Lodgify today; Hostaway, Guesty and OwnerRez coming soon.

Point one at the other

The post finds them.
The website books them.

Put your website’s link in your posts and in your bio. Someone sees the two open October weekends, taps through, reads the guide about the falls, and books the 17th while you’re on the couch.

Your website shows the trail that led to the booking: the post, the guide, the days it took. So next month you make more of what worked, and less of what didn’t.

The scenes on this page are illustrations, not customer results. Social and Direct are separate apps today, each with its own account and trial; they connect through the links you share. Bookings aren’t guaranteed.

Where this leads

Next year,
they come back to you.

Keep your listings. Keep your channel manager. Add the two things the platforms never gave you: a place that keeps showing up, and a door with your name on it.

01

They find you.

A post. A guide on Google. A friend’s link.

02

They book with you.

Same dates, same prices, paid to your Stripe. No commission.

03

They come back.

Their email is yours. Next October starts with a note from you.

House keys, a jar of jam, a loaf of bread and a note card on the cabin's kitchen counter.
The cabin’s front door standing open, lamps on, the lake glowing through the window wall at the far end.
One company. Built around your rental business.

Simple at the start.
Useful as you grow.

Start with one.

Each tool has its own trial, its own price and its own account. No bundle, nothing to commit to.

Your photos. Your approval.

Nothing posts and nothing goes live until you’ve said yes. Your listings are never changed.

Your listings stay.

Airbnb and Vrbo keep running. Lodgify keeps the calendar. A direct booking blocks the dates everywhere.

Bring your own AI.

Twenty years in rentals, and our story ↗
A few things you might be wondering

Before you pick
a first tool.

Do I need both?

No. Each one solves a different problem and stands on its own. Social is for the host whose place nobody sees. Direct is for the host whose guests keep asking to book directly. Plenty of hosts will only ever want one.

Which should I start with?

Start with the problem in front of you. If you’ve never posted and your listing is the only place your property exists online, start with Social. If past guests already ask to book with you and you use Lodgify, start with Direct.

What do they cost?

STR Social is $29 a month per property, and starts with a $5 credit pack that comes off your first invoice. STR Direct is free to import and preview; publishing a site starts a 3-day trial and is $49.99 a month per published site after that, with no commission on bookings. Guest payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its fees to you directly, and we take nothing. Each is billed on its own, and you can stop either one any time. Have more than 3 properties? Write us at [email protected].

Do I keep my Airbnb and Vrbo listings?

Yes. Neither tool touches your listings. Social imports from them to make posts. Direct reads dates and prices from Lodgify and writes bookings back, so a direct booking blocks the calendar everywhere.

Do the two work together?

Through the links you share. Put your website’s link in your posts and your bio, and your website reports which posts led to a booking. They are separate apps today, each with its own account, and a single account for both is planned.

Is my place a fit?

Social works with any Airbnb or Vrbo listing and an Instagram or Facebook account you can connect. Direct requires a supported channel manager: Lodgify today, with Hostaway, Guesty and OwnerRez coming soon.

Who is STR Leads?

A small company built by a host who spent twenty years in rentals and got tired of marketing being the hardest part. Every tool starts with your property, and we only claim what the app does today.

How do the trials work?

Each tool has its own. Direct is free to import and preview, with no card and no time limit. It asks for a card when you publish, which starts a 3-day trial, then it is $49.99 a month per published site. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Social starts a 7-day trial at sign-up with a one-time $5 pack of credits, which counts toward your first invoice. Prices and included usage are shown in the app before you commit.
